1. Mash avocados, guacamole spice blend, salt, and fresh lemon juice until combined. Its okay if the avocado is not fully mushed. A bit chunky is great, set aside.
Add softened butter to one side of the bread. Add to skillet and toast both sides on the skillet for a couple of minutes. Toast until nice and toasty (to your liking).
Take bread out of skillet, and set on serving plate.
Add cream cheese to slices of toasted bread. Spread generously.
Add the mashed avocados to both slices. Spread evenly.
Add slices of smoked salmon.
Sprinkle with "everything bagel seasoning".
